Chandler's smoking tattoed motorcycle riding brother Sid comes to town. Everyone thinks that he his Chandler. Sid flirts with Lucy and Lucy goes out with him only to make Kevin jealous enough to ask her to marry him. Ruthie's friend Peter smokes but decides that it is stupid and quits. Annie suspects Simon of smoking but it is actually Kevin who is smoking because he is stressed (which still gives him no right to smoke). He apologizes to Annie and Lucy and promises that he will never do it again. Lucy makes a deal with him that he won't propose to her on Valentines Day because she doesn't want him to be so stressed. Chandler needs help with his dad (Sid came to tell him that their dad has cancer and to come home). Chandler has issues with his dad and doesn't want to come home (his dad didn't want him to become a minister). Eric wants to give Chandler help but Chandler doesn't want it because Eric hates him. Instead Chandler confides in Roxanne. Ben's girlfriend Betty smokes and burns down someone's house with a lit cigarette. She is rude to people who ask her to stop smoking and Ben dumps her.
