David Lee Gallagher was born on February 9, 1985 in College Point, New York and has blonde hair and green eyes.  David is the oldest of five children in his family.  He has two sisters: Michelle and Kelly, and two brothers: Kyle and Killian.  David's professional role models are Stephen Collins, Sean Connery, Robert DeNiro, Clint Eastwood, and Al Pacino.  He likes sports, video games, and cartoons.  When working, David has tutors on the set, but off set he goes to a Catholic school in LA. David is even sweeter and more charming in person than his character Simon Camden on 7th Heaven.  On top of 7th Heaven, David has already starred in lots of movies. When David turned 16, he immediately went out to get his driver's license.  He now owns and drives a yellow 2000 Plymoth Prowler.

David Gallagher plays Simon Camden on the hit tv series "7th Heaven".  The middle child of seven, Simon was in 5th grade in the show's first season. Simon has shown interests in baseball, computers, and girls over the years as he occassionally broke the rules. One of his best friend's is Nigel Hamilton (another preachers's son) whom Simon hasn't really seen since they started High School at separate schools.  His long-term girlfriend Deena moved away at the end of his 8th grade year. Now Simon is a Sophomore in High School this year and is getting in more and more trouble.  Simon struggled with his dad over getting his learners permit, and when the day came that Eric had promised to take Simon to get it, Eric cancelled.  Annie's dad Charles who was visiting was more than happy to help Simon out and took him to get his learner's permit.  Right after getting it, Charles let Simon drive and Simon found himself in a slow-speed car chase that ended up on the tv news.  When Eric kept putting Simon off on letting him drive, Robbie told Simon that he would take them, and Simon rear-ended Matt, leaving him with another traffic ticket.  Later Simon went to a party and got drunk.  He then went home and tried to conceal it with some help from his siblings. In the seventh season, Simon has decided to start up a dating service, which went bad when his parents found out.
