Lucy sees Roxanne and Kevin in a jewelry store thinking that Kevin is getting Roxanne's opinion on a ring for Lucy. She grabs Simon over with her to spy on them. Kevin sees them spying, so they just go into the store so Lucy can't spy on them anymore. Eric is annoyed when the church hires a new associate pastor named Chandler Hampton, thinking he is going to replace him. He is also mad when they think that he needs help when he doesn't want it. Simon is bored when Cecilia starts talking about her new French boyfriend all the time. A smoking and drinking housekeeper comes to help Annie when Annie doesn't want help and she gets mad. The housekeeper makes spaghetti and everyone seems to love it.
