A Valentines Day Episode

      Lucy as a dream that Roxanne will come and take Kevin away. When she wakes up, she receives a present from Kevin to go out that night to dinner. Lucy refuses at first but later accepts. She gets dressed in the dress that Kevin bought her. On the way there, she tells the driver of the car all about her dream. She meets Roxanne in the bathroom when she gets there and Lucy warns her that she better stay away from Kevin. Lucy walks in to a private dinner party and Kevin, her whole family, Ben, and Kevin's mother are there. Kevin gets down on one knee and proposes to Lucy. She says yes. Everyone claps. It is also the twins birthday so a cake is brought out. Kevin assures Lucy that he can pay for it all.

     Roxanne over hears Chandler practicing a proposal for her. She tells Chandler that she would say yes any other night, but she doesn't want to make Lucy mad. Chandler and Roxanne tell each other that they love each other. Roxanne and Lucy start to become friends.

     Simon and Cecilia share what they like about each other over the phone.

     Peter and Ruthie kiss. Peter introduces his mother to Ben and they spend the rest of the evening making out in the kitchen.

     Eric decides not to think about being a minister for Lucy and Kevin's wedding even though he knows that Lucy will ask him to marry Kevin and her.

     Kevin and Lucy are going to get married in April. Kevin finds out that his mom is also engaged to someone. He is happy for her. Kevin does break the deal that he made with Lucy before but Lucy doesn't seem to mind because all they can tell each other is how much they love each other.
